I know the unknow is known to me.
In my journey of 72 years through this miraculous phenomenon of human life, I have experienced many New Beginnings. Some gentle, some harsh. Some swift and unexpected, some calibrated and planned. Some born out of unexpected crisis, some part of the natural cycles of life. Each was a step out of the comfort of the “known world”… into the equal parts scary and exhilarating realms of the unknown. Sometimes jumping in with joy and expectation, sometimes being pushed full of fear and trepidation.
Six months ago, we were all in our own little bubbles of reality filled with hopes and plans and dreams for the future… then a little virus stopped the whole world in its tracks! The reality is harsh, the challenges previously inconceivable… but.. the opportunities for ourselves and mankind, are vast!
Join me as we utilize Kundalini Yoga to face our fear of the unknown, drop our pain and anger of the past… and set our intentions for a NEW BEGINNING.
